Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five year- old child, a ninety-five year-old grandmother, an on-the-go busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here are some ways that you can learn, serve, and grow with our church.

LifeGroups Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church has smaller, biblically-based communities that meet in member homes. The size of the group is anywhere from six to sixteen people. At a time designated by your group leader you can participate in the small group community.
ThriveTime  Each week we gather together in smaller groupings that are practical, relevant, and relational.  These times together are constantly changing, allowing us to get to know one another as a church family.  Every six weeks, our Thrive Time Groups switch up – topics, participants, and teachers.  There are Thrive Time options for every age-group, empowering exciting and easy discussion for the entire church family! When do Thrive Time Groups Meet? We “thrive together” every Sunday morning as the second half of our regular weekly worship time, typically starting at 11.20am.
SERMON POCCASTS  One of the central components to our weekly Sunday Gathering as a church family is our message time – an opportunity to hear from one of our Pastors or other guests as they open the Bible and share God’s truth with us in a relevant and accessible way. CHURCH CALENDAR Everyone has a busy schedule … and it just keeps getting busier! With that in mind, we work hard not to clutter schedules further but rather to promote those events and activities that best reflect our vision & core values. CLICK HERE to access our online calendar and see some of what is happening in our church family right now.  Can’t find something on the calendar that you’re looking for?  SEND AN EMAIL and let us know what you’re trying to find!
Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The children’s ministry of our church is central to our DNA as a family:  we love kids because Jesus loves kids! We also have periodic events and activities outside of Sunday morning to gather our youngest ones together to build relationships and engage in community life outside the constraints of our regular weekly gathering time.
The teen years can be among the most challenging … for youth and parents alike!  We dedicate time Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and various other times & locations.  We have a team of youth leaders that are passionately committed to Jesus and teens … and, of course, FUN!
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group of our church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.

Lent is a season of forty days, not counting Sundays, which begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Holy Saturday. This six-day-a-week Bible Reading Plan walks through the book of John and has been designed to follow the season of Lent. The forty days represents the time Jesus spent in the wilderness, enduring the temptation of Satan and preparing to begin his ministry. Lent comes from the Anglo-Saxon word lencten, which means “spring.”
Lent is a time of repentance, fasting and preparation for the coming of Easter. It is a time of self-examination and reflection. In the early church, Lent was a time to prepare new converts for baptism. Today, Christians focus on their relationship with God, often choosing to give up something or to volunteer and give of themselves for others. Sundays in Lent are not counted in the forty days because each Sunday represents a “mini-Easter” and the reverent spirit of Lent is tempered with joyful anticipation of the Resurrection.
SUGGESTED INSTRUCTIONS: A. Each day, before you read, pray that God would teach you through His Word.
