Red Letter Day – Week 2
As we continue to explore the incredibly human, unmistakably divine final words of Jesus on the day when He paid the ultimate price for our sins, we struggle through the idea of forgiveness today, wrestling with the thought that forgiveness is both one of the greatest needs we have while also being one of our greatest challenges to extend.

A red letter day is one that is marked by significance, by something that will be remembered and that will leave a lasting mark on the world around us. 2000 years ago, there was a red letter day like no other, when the fundamentals of this world were turned on their head. On that day, the One who changed everything cried out several powerful truths, and we can learn more than we can imagine from looking into them.

Too Good To Be True – S1E5 (Col 2.16-23)
True life, true spirituality, true religion is not found in following complex sets of rules, in finding hidden or secret knowledge, or by denying all experience of pleasure in this world.  Instead, it is found in a single, eternity-shifting way of living:  following Jesus

Frankie Valli once famously penned these iconic words: “You’re too good to be true - I can't take my eyes off you ... at long last love has arrived, and I thank God I'm alive.” These words capture that distinct wonder of encountering something SO good that it seems unbelievable, and yet which draws us inexplicably toward it. As we dig into Season One of our Too Good To Be True series, we will discover a reality that is bigger and better than anything we could have hoped to imagine, and is more true than anything else we could ever discover.

    Rewind / FAST Forward 2018 (Week 2)
Today we explore the guiding principle that will help us drive us forward into our purpose and values as a church in 2018 - the idea of being INTENTIONAL in all that we do.

Guided by our past, but never enslaved to it, we peer eagerly into what the time ahead of us will bring.  Grace Family Church has an invaluable mission and a compelling vision for the future, and we set our eyes on how the hope, love, joy, forgiveness, and restoration that following after Jesus provides.

    Rewind / FAST Forward 2018 (Week 1)
As the New Year begins, we look back on some of what God has done in and through our church.  But we also look ahead to what He has in store for us in the days coming. We live in a sliver of history that sees 7.6 billion people alive who all need the hope and life that can only be found in Jesus.  What would it look like if we lived out that reality in our everyday lives?

Light of the World – Week 5
If we look around us, this world can seem pretty dark. The answer is to find light in the darkness ... Jesus is the light that overcomes the dark, and that’s what makes Christmas the most wonderful time of the year. It’s not  because of what’s happening but because of what happened, not because of who is with us but because of who is for us.

This morning, we look ahead to the hope that today - Christmas Eve - points to, the hope that we can have because Jesus coming into our world & our lives changes everything ... if we'll let it.

This morning, we discuss that obeying the One who brought light into the world is essential and that it necessarily involves our relationships with others.

Sometimes It Takes A Party – Week 4
Sometimes, it takes a party to change how we see those around us and to change how we present the most important truth of all - that Jesus loves, that we love, and that there is hope in this crazy world.

Today, Pastor Tim describes what the grand, glorious party will be when God brings all things to completion and how that should be a motivator to us all to invite everyone we can to the party.

Sometimes, it takes a party to change how we see those around us and to change how we present the most important truth of all - that Jesus loves, that we love, and that there is hope in this crazy world.

Today, Pastor Tim walks us through part of a message that Jesus gave on the side of a hill, helping us to discover that God desires us to be "second mile" people, those who go farther, do more, sacrifice freely to share God's love and compassion to those around us, regardless if they deserve it ... in fact, especially if they don't!

Truth Be Told – Week 2
What’s true for you might not be true for me ... or so the saying so often goes. During our discussion of #TruthBeTold, we will explore this idea of what truth really is and what it really is not. And in the end, we’ll discover where we look for truth, how truth corresponds to the reality that our Creator designed, and how believing truth is one of the most fundamental indicators of how we will live our lives.

We look today at the impact that truth has on our lives - if truth is really true, I need to live this life in a way that pursues it, integrates it, and champions it.
